Neymar’s agent, Pini Zahavi, has dismissed rumors of the Brazilian superstar terminating his contract with Al-Hilal and returning to Santos.
The Brazil icon has been linked with a move away from the Saudi side due to his struggles with injuries since his arrival from PSG.
There have been links to MLS side Inter Miami, with a reunion with Lionel Messi and Luis Suarez mooted as a possibility.
However, the forward’s agent Zahavi set the record straight:
“There are no talks ongoing about Neymar leaving Al-Hilal. He’s under contract and very happy there.”
Zahavi emphasized that only he and Neymar’s father have the authority to discuss the player’s future:
“Neymar’s father and I are the only people who can talk about Ney’s future. I don’t know where recent rumors are coming from.”
With this statement, Zahavi quashed rumors of Neymar’s imminent departure from Al-Hilal, reaffirming the 32-year-old’s commitment to the Saudi Arabian side.
