Award-winning Nigerian Afropop artist Joeboy has tipped Manchester United as potential contenders for the Premier League title this season, following their crucial victory over arch-rivals Liverpool.

Manchester United secured a hard-fought 2-1 win at Anfield on Sunday, marking their first league victory at the venue since 2016. The result also broke a frustrating spell, giving them back-to-back Premier League wins for the first time in almost a year.

This resurgence under new manager Rúben Amorim has sparked renewed optimism among the club’s celebrity supporters.

The Red Devils delivered an impressive performance to claim all three points. They took an early lead when Bryan Mbeumo scored in the opening minute. After Cody Gakpo equalized for Liverpool, Harry Maguire sealed the victory with a powerful header in the 85th minute.
