In a recent video shared via Al-Nassr’s official channels, the Portuguese forward spoke glowingly about the club’s future and the broader transformation of sports within the Kingdom.
The Portuguese legend recently agreed a two-year contract extension on Thursday which extends his stay in Saudi to 2027.
He reserved special praise for Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman, describing him as an “inspirational figure” behind the nation’s growing global sports presence. “The Crown Prince is doing remarkable work — an exceptional effort that deserves recognition,” Ronaldo said.
He emphasized his strong belief in the club’s ongoing project and expressed gratitude for the fans’ unwavering support. “I believe in Al-Nassr. I believe in this journey, and most importantly, I believe in our supporters,” he declared.
However, Ronaldo did not shy away from acknowledging the team’s underwhelming performance last season. “We weren’t satisfied with how things ended,” he admitted, making it clear that there is a collective determination within the squad to bounce back stronger.
