Saha urges Man United to sign Osimhen

Former Manchester United striker Louis Saha has publicly advocated for his former club to acquire Nigerian forward Victor Osimhen to enhance their attacking prowess. Saha believes that Osimhen’s proven goal-scoring record would provide immediate benefits to the team.

“Victor Osimhen is the striker I would do anything to bring to Manchester United. I love him as a player. He is the only striker out there who would be a guaranteed success.”

“If you signed Osimhen, you’re not signing potential. You know exactly what he is going to give you,” Saha stated. “He would instantly improve the team.”

Saha emphasized that acquiring a striker of Osimhen’s caliber is essential for Manchester United to enhance their offensive capabilities.

He acknowledged that while signing Osimhen might be challenging, the Nigerian forward is precisely the type of player the club needs.

Osimhen has previously been linked with a move to Old Trafford, and reports suggest that Napoli could be open to selling him for around £62 million in the summer.

Manchester United’s current strikers, Rasmus Højlund and Joshua Zirkzee, have struggled to find consistent form, scoring a combined five Premier League goals this season.

Saha believes that bringing in a proven goal scorer like Osimhen would alleviate pressure on these young forwards and allow them to develop with more freedom.

As the January transfer window comes to an end, it remains to be seen whether Manchester United will act on Saha’s advice and make a move for Osimhen to strengthen their attacking lineup.
