Nigeria women’s senior football team, the Super Falcons will participate in the West Africa Football Union Zone B (WAFU B) tournament ahead of the 2026 Women’s Africa Cup of Nations.
The Super Falcons will compete against host Cote D’Ivoire, Senegal and Ghana in the eight days tournament.
Abidjan, the capital city of Cote D’Ivoire will host the teams as they build up to the 2026 WAFCON in Morocco which kicks off March 17.
Nigeria are defending champions and have the most titles -10 from 13 editions of the competition.
Nigeria came from two goals down in the final to clinch a record 10th title with a 3-2 win against host Morocco last July.
The Super Falcons will have their sight on creating another historic feat as they push a 11th title.
Nigeria are grouped alongside Zambia, Egypt and Malawi in Group D of the competition.
