Benjamin Sesko once again came off the bench to make an important impact for Manchester United securing the win over Everton at the Hill Dickinson Stadium.
The Slovenian striker for the second time this season came off the bench to help Michael Carrick’s men secure maximum points.
Sesko, off a blistering counter-attack from Matheus Cunha’s pass, buried the ball into the bottom corner in the 71st minute.
Manchester United’s goalkeeper Seenne Lammens kept the Red Devils in the game with crucial saves and aerial dominance after Everton turned up the heat in the second half.
The victory takes Manchester United back into the top four in the Premier League, with the hope of qualifying for the Champions League next season.
Manchester United are currently fourth on the log with 48 points – three points behind Aston Villa and three above Chelsea.
