England’s new manager Thomas Tuchel started his reign as coach of the Three Lions with a win over Albania in the opening fixture of the FIFA World Cup qualifiers.
The Three Lions recorded a comfortable 2-0 victory over Albania at the Wembley Stadium on Friday night.
Tuchel lined-up his squad in 4-2-3-1 formation with Arsenal’s Declan Rice and Liverpool’s Curtis Jones in the heart of the midfield.
Newcastle’s Carabao Cup hero Dan Burn and Arsenal’s 18-year-old academy graduate Myles Lewis-skelly made their debuts on the night.
Myles Lewis-Skelly scored the opener as he becomes the youngest player to score on his professional debut for England.
The 18-year-old defender received Jude Bellingham’s sublime pass in the box and buried the ball into the back of the net.

However, Harry Kane doubled the lead on the 77th minute to record his 70th goal for England.
In other results Cyprus beat San Marino 2 nil while Lewandowski scored the only goal as Poland edge Lithuania.
Latvia, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Finland won away from home 1 nil against Andorra, Romania and Malta respectively.
