Tottenham Hotspur and West Ham United are reportedly set to battle for the signature of Club Brugge’s standout midfielder, Raphael Onyedika.
Onyedika has been consistently linked with a move away from Club Brugge, thanks to his impressive performances for the Belgian side.
The Nigerian earned further acclaim with his stellar displays in the UEFA Champions League last season.
According to Transferfeed, both Premier League clubs are eager to secure the midfielder’s services this summer.
West Ham view him as a potential replacement for Czech international Tomáš Souček, who is reportedly on his way out of the club. Tottenham, meanwhile, aim to bolster their squad after a disappointing 16th-place finish in the Premier League last season.
Serie A giants AC Milan have also been credited with interest in the player. Last summer, Onyedika came close to joining Turkish club Galatasaray but was persuaded to remain with Club Brugge.
The 24-year-old, who joined Nicky Hayen’s side from Danish outfit FC Midtjylland in 2022, has two years remaining on his contract with Club Brugge.
