Atalanta are reportedly considering taking action against Super Eagles forward, Ademola Lookman for his absence from training.
The Super Eagles forward has been absent from Atalanta’s training sessions for five days according to reports as he tries to force a move to Inter Milan.
Atalanta, according to La Gazzetta dello Sport, have chosen a moderate approach to the matter in order to escalate tension and ruin also not to ruin negotiations with Inter Milan.
Inter Milan are reportedly planing on sending a second bid to Atalanta as they remain keen on signing the 27-year-old forward.
Atalanta remain unaware of Lookman’s whereabouts but have included him in the list of the club’s registered players for the new season.
But the club demand Ademola Lookman to fulfil his professional obligations despite declaring his intention to leave this summer.
Ademola Lookman is said to be following a prescribed plan for his recovery from a muscle injury which probably explains his unofficial absence from training.
Atalanta have however made it clear according to reports that Ademola Lookman’s behavior will not go unpurnished.
