According to reports, several English clubs are keen on the 26-year-old, including Aston Villa, Crystal, and Everton.
Osayi-Samuel the final months of his contract with Fenerbahce, and while he has not ruled out signing an extension, his preference is believed to be a move to England.
The defender is highly regarded in England having impressed during his time with Sky Bet Championship side, Queens Park Rangers, before leaving for Turkey in January 2021.
Osay-Samuel will be on international duty with Nigeria as they take on Benin Republic and Rwanda in AFCON 2025 qualifiers.
