Nigerian winger, Moses Simon has successfully passed his medical examination ahead of a €7 million transfer from FC Nantes to Paris FC, paving the way for a move that could reshape the newly promoted Ligue 1 side’s attacking options.
The transfer fee is confirmed at €7 million, and Simon is expected to sign a three-year contract, marking a long-term investment by Paris FC.
His successful clinical marks him as Paris FC’s first signing of the summer, according to reports by transfer insider Fabrizio Romano. Additional details suggest the winger will earn a monthly salary of €300,000, underscoring his status as a marquee acquisition.
Simon had reportedly attracted interest from Lyon, Marseille, and even Premier League side Everton, but opted to remain in France where he has established himself as a proven force since his move to Nantes in 2019.

During his time at the club, Simon registered 28 goals and 28 assists, helping Nantes reach back-to-back Coupe de France finals in 2022 and 2023, lifting the trophy in the first of those campaigns.
For Paris FC, newly promoted after a 46-year absence from France’s top flight, Simon’s arrival brings a wealth of top-level experience and creativity.
His acquisition sends a clear signal that the club is not only aiming to survive Ligue 1 but to compete robustly among more seasoned teams. The move also complements the club’s broader strategy of reinforcing both attack and defense as they prepare for life in the elite division.
