Marseille overcame a turbulent week to thrash promoted Paris FC 5-2 on Saturday, led by Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang’s brace.
The victory followed coach Roberto De Zerbi’s revelation of a pub-like brawl between teammates Adrien Rabiot and Jonathan Rowe after Marseille’s opening loss at Rennes, with both players now on the transfer list.

Mason Greenwood opened the scoring with a penalty, followed by Aubameyang’s stunning 24th-minute strike. Paris FC responded through Ilan Kebbal’s fine effort and Moses Simon’s equalizer, assisted by Kebbal.
Aubameyang capitalized on a defensive error to restore Marseille’s lead, Pierre-Emile Højbjerg added a fourth in the 81st minute, and substitute Robinio Vaz sealed the rout in stoppage time, despite Greenwood missing a late penalty.

Lyon defeated Metz 3-0, and Auxerre lost 3-1 to Nice later Saturday, rounding out an action-packed Ligue 1 weekend.
