Ademola Lookman is reportedly eager to depart Atalanta this summer, with Inter Milan emerging as his preferred destination.
However, the Serie A champions have faced multiple rejections from Atalanta for their offers to secure the Nigerian star.

The most recent bid, reportedly €42m plus €3m in add-ons, was turned down, as Atalanta hold firm for an initial €50m plus additional bonuses, according to Nigerian broadcast journalist Onyebuchi Onokala, known as Buchi Laba.
Writing on X, Buchi Laba stated, “I hear Ademola Lookman is disappointed and very angry at Atalanta for refusing Inter Milan’s latest offer. There was a gentleman’s agreement that if a good offer comes in, they will accept.

“That’s why he didn’t leave in January 2025. He wants Inter Milan and has rejected other offers.”
Lookman’s frustration stems from a reported gentleman’s agreement with Atalanta, which promised a transfer if a suitable bid arrived, prompting him to stay in January.
The 27-year-old, who has rebuffed other suitors, remains focused on joining Inter as negotiations continue.
