In an AFC Champions League fixture, Cristiano Ronaldo made a spectacular debut with Al Nassr as they recorded a 2-1 win against Al Rayyan at the King Saud University Stadium in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Ronaldo continued his goalscoring run by using his weaker foot to score.

The Portuguese superstar got the ball on the right side of the penalty box in the 76th minute, with the team leading 1-0, and he shot with his left foot as the ball curled into the net.

With both hands lifted in the air, the 39-year-old raced to the field’s corner and dedicated the goal to his father, who would have turned 71.

The game ended 2-1 in Nassr’s favor after the strike proved to be the difference as Roger Guedes of Al Rayyan drew one back late in the second half.
