Thomas Tuchel, head coach of the English national team, has told fans not to fear or panic after his team’s historic defeat to Senegal on Tuesday night.
Senegal made history as they became the first African team to defeat England after an impressive 3-1 win at the City Ground.
Despite taking the lead, Thomas Tuchel’s men fell apart as the Senegalese restored parity just before half-time, before putting up a commanding second-half performance.
Harry Kane put the Three Lions ahead in the seventh minute from a rebound in the box after he was placed through by Anthony Gordon.

Ismailla Sarr, Habib Diarra, and Cheikh Sabaly got on the scoresheet for Pepe Thiaw’s men on a historic night for African football.
In a post-match reaction. Thomas Tuchel told fans not to worry as his team will reflect on the defeat and bounce back when the World Cup qualifiers resume.
The German tactician added that his team has accrued nine points from the three matches in the World Cup qualification series without conceding.
“There’s no need to panic, we have three qualification games, we have nine points, and have not conceded. We will be competitive in September and we will go for two more victories one hundred percent”
England currently top Group K of the qualification series with nine points from three matches.
