Turkish President, Recep Tayyip Erdoğan hosted Turkish Süper Lig champions Galatasaray at the Dolmabahçe Presidential Office on Thursday, honoring their record-setting 25th league title.
In a ceremony that underscored both sporting achievement and national recognition, President Erdoğan warmly welcomed the entire Galatasaray squad, personally congratulating each player and member of the coaching staff. The gesture highlighted the significance of the club’s historic success in Turkish football.

A standout moment of the event came when league top scorer Victor Osimhen presented his match jersey to the President. The Nigerian international, currently on loan from Italian club Napoli, received a gesture of appreciation from Erdoğan in return.
Osimhen, 26, delivered a stellar season for Galatasaray, netting 36 goals and providing eight assists in 40 appearances across all competitions, playing a pivotal role in securing the club’s milestone championship.
