Giannis Antetokounmpo’s wife, Mariah and their four children have reportedly relocated to Greece on a long-term basis.
According to reports, the Antetokounmpo family is now settled in Athens, where Mariah is raising their children while Giannis continues his NBA career with the Milwaukee Bucks.
The family is said to be living in a newly built luxury residence in Paleo Psychiko, one of Athens’ most exclusive neighborhoods. The complex reportedly includes separate living spaces for Giannis’s mother, Veronica, and his brothers, reflecting the family’s close ties and their desire to reconnect with their Greek roots.
Their two oldest sons, Liam Charles and Maverick Shai, have already begun attending a private kindergarten in the area, while their younger daughters, Eva Brooke and Aria Capri, remain at home with Mariah.
The move follows a significant year for the couple, who married in Greece in 2024 before welcoming their fourth child earlier in 2025.
Although several outlets describe the relocation as permanent, the term appears to apply mainly to Mariah and the children. Giannis remains based in the United States during the NBA season and is expected to divide his time between Milwaukee and Athens.
