Home Advantage: Bournemouth, Brentford, Burnley secure wins in 3 P.M kick off

Bournemouth, Brentford and Burnley took advantage of their respective home support as they secured wins in the 3 P.M kick off of Premier League match day 2.

Not only did they secure maximum points but also clean sheets to the delight of their home fans and dismay of their visitors.

In the South Coast, Marcus Tarvenier’s goal in the fourth minute made the difference as Bournemouth secured a one-nil win over Wolverhampton Wanderers.

The visitors finished the match with a man less as Portuguese defender Toti bagged a straight red card five minutes into the second half.

Dango Ouattarra scored the only goal as Brentford edged Unai Emery’s Aston Villa at the GTECH Community Stadium on Saturday afternoon.

Aston Villa had the “Lion’s share” of possession but couldn’t couldn’t create concrete chances towards goal as they remain winless in their opening two matches.
