Ludogorets hold Dele-Bashiru’s Lazio to a stalemate at the Olimpico

Fisayo Dele-Bashiru was an unused substitute as he watched his side Lazio played a goalless draw at home to Ludogorets in the Europa League.

The Super Eagles midfielder on the bench for the second consecutive game in the Europa League as Lazio drop points for the first time in the competition this season.

Dele-Bashiru and others cheered from the bench unfortunately Lazio couldn’t break Ludogorets.

The Italian side controlled large swathes of the match but couldn’t find a breakthrough against a resolute Ludogorets side.

Senegalese striker Boulaye Dia came close to getting the opener for the home side just before half time but Hendrick Bonmann put ip a brilliant display to save hisferocious strike.

Manuel Lazzari wasted a hig opportunity to score after the hour mark but his shot from a promising position went wide off target.
