Sadio Mane scored Liverpool’s second in a 2:0 victory over 10 men Athletico. The Senegalese has now scored 2 goals in the Champions League so far. The victory makes it 4 wins in 4 games for Liverpool.
EUROPA LEAGUE : LYON VS SPARTA PRAGUE
Islam Slimani scored twice in Lyon’s win at home to Prague. The brace are his only goals in the competition so far whilst his teammate Toko Ekambi scored one and that makes him the leading scorer in the Europa League this season so far with 6 goals.
GENK VS WEST HAM
Saïd Benrahma scored twice in the 2:2 away draw to Genk. The Algerian’s brace makes it 3 goals so far in 4 games and West Ham are still top of their group.
LEICESTER CITY VS SPARTAK MOSCOW
Daniel Amartey scored in his team’s 1:1 draw against Spartak. On the other side, forgotten Super Eagles player Victor Moses scored for his team. The Ghanian and the Nigerian both have a goal each in the competition thus far.
