Super Eagles camp swells to 12 as Boniface, Onyedika, Nwabali storm Kigali

The number of players in Super Eagles camp ahead of the World Cup qualifier against Rwanda has risen to 12 following the arrival of Victor Boniface and five other players.

Earlier on, Victor Osimhen,  Tolu Arokodare, Nigeria Premier Football League stars Papa Daniel, Kayode Bankole, as well as the coaching staffs arrived camp on Sunday night. 

The number has now risen to to a dozen as of Monday night with the arrival of Bayer Leverkusen striker Victor Boniface, Club Brugge midfielder, Raphael Onyedika, and Nanates winger Moses Simon.

Eric Chelle was pictured as he exchanged pleasantries with  Boniface and the rest of the players on arrival to camp.

Others include Chippa United goalkeeper Stanley Nwabali, KAA Gent defender Jordan Torunarigha and AC Milan’s winger Samuel Chukwueze.

Victor Osimhen, Tolu Arokodare and the rest of the early arrivals had gym sessions at the Radisson Blue Hotel on Monday evening.

The rest of the squad are expected to arrive before the end of Tuesday as Eric Chelle prepares his team for the important clash against the Rwanda.

Rwanda lead Group C with seven points while the Super Eagles are next to bottom with three points from four matches.
