Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta has suggested that Viktor Gyokeres and Kai Havertz can effectively share the pitch as a dynamic duo.
Gyokeres joined the club this summer from Sporting CP, bringing an end to their long search for a prolific striker to lead the line and help deliver titles.

Over the past two seasons, Havertz has been a mainstay as the Gunners’ centre-forward; however, Arteta deployed Gyokeres as the starter in Arsenal’s recent pre-season friendlies against Villarreal and Athletic Bilbao.
Arteta commented after the game, “They can play together. It elevates the quality in the squad, the goal threat in the team, and the options we have to change and provide opposition with a lot of problems.
It’s great to see both of them scoring. It’s a good problem to have.”
Arsenal’s next game is their opening Premier League fixture against rivals Manchester United next weekend at Old Trafford.
