Galatasaray fans can finally breathe a sigh of relief as Victor Osimhen is set to make his return in the Champions League clash against Liverpool on September 30.
The Nigerian striker has been sidelined for weeks with a wrist injury picked up on international duty, but his recovery is right on schedule.

Osimhen’s injury, a moderate ligament strain with internal bleeding, occurred on September 6 during a World Cup qualifier for Nigeria. He was immediately replaced by Cyriel Dessers.
During his recovery, he missed key domestic and European matches, including a 5-1 defeat to Eintracht Frankfurt.
According to Turkish media, Osimhen will not play in Galatasaray’s domestic fixture against Alanya this weekend. Instead, the club’s focus is on preparing him for the Liverpool showdown.
His return is expected to inject fresh energy and firepower into the attack, as Galatasaray seeks to bounce back from their European loss and make a statement against Arne Slot’s side.
