Former Chelsea head coach Jose Mourinho congratulated Eden Hazard on being inducted into the Premier League Hall of Fame.
“Eden, congratulations on being inducted into the Premier League Hall of Fame.
“Everyone knows you fully deserved this recognition. You are one of the most amazing players I have ever worked with.

“Now you are in the Hall of Fame, which means you will be remembered forever. And, by the way, huge thanks for your help in achieving my last Premier League title!”
Hazard was an important player in Mourinho’s 2014–15 title-winning Chelsea side. The dynamic forward was a constant threat as the Blues dominated the season from start to finish.
During his time at Stamford Bridge, the Belgian forward made 245 Premier League appearances, scoring 85 goals and providing 54 assists.

He helped Chelsea win two Premier League titles, two Europa League trophies, an FA Cup, and a League Cup, earning the PFA Players’ Player of the Year award in 2015.
