In a dramatic conclusion to the Scottish Premiership season, Rangers and Hibernian played out a 2-2 draw at Easter Road, with Nigerian striker Cyriel Dessers delivering a standout performance for the Light Blues.

Dessers opened the scoring in the 45th minute, marking his 23rd goal of the season across all competitions.

The match was marred by controversy when Rangers believed they had scored a second goal through Nicolas Raskin. Replays suggested the ball had crossed the line, but referee Nick Walsh and VAR official Andrew Dallas ruled otherwise.

Moments later, Hibernian capitalized on the situation, with Kieron Bowie equalizing, intensifying Rangers’ frustration.

Despite the setback, Rangers regained the lead early in the second half through Nicolas Raskin courtesy of an assist by captain, James Tavernier. However, Hibernian’s Martin Boyle, celebrating his 99th goal for the club, ensured the points were shared.
