28 Mediterranean Knights have been revealed by the Libyan Football Federation to take on the Super Eagles of Nigeria in an upcoming qualifier for the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) in Morocco.

In two crucial matches on Matchdays 3 and 4 of the African Cup of Nations qualification games, the Mediterranean Knights will take on the Super Eagles.

The Nigerian national team will play host to the Libyan national team on Friday, October 11, and the match will return to Libya on October 15.

Libya have appointed Nasser Al-Hadhiri as the new head coach ahead of the AFCON 2025 doubleheader against Nigeria.

After defeating Benin Republic and drawing away from home against Rwanda, Nigeria leads Group D with four points.
