Cristiano Ronaldo reached another historic milestone on Thursday night after scoring his 100th Saudi Pro League goal in Al Nassr’s dramatic 4-2 victory over Al Shabab.
The Matchday 33 clash of the 2025/26 Saudi Pro League campaign saw Al Nassr make a fast start, with Joao Felix opening the scoring in the third minute before doubling the lead seven minutes later after a brilliant assist from Abdulrahman Ghareeb.
Yannick Carrasco pulled one back for Al Shabab in the 30th minute with an impressive solo effort to give the home side hope heading into the second half.
The defining moment arrived in the 75th minute when Sadio Mane delivered a dangerous low cross into the box after receiving a long pass from Felix. Ronaldo escaped his marker before firing a first-time left-footed strike past the goalkeeper to make it 3-1.
The goal marked Ronaldo’s 26th league goal of the season and his 100th in the Saudi Pro League since joining Al Nassr in December 2022. The Portuguese forward reached the milestone in less than four seasons, further underlining his impact in Saudi Arabian football despite turning 41 earlier this year.
Although Ali Al-Bulaihi reduced the deficit for Al Shabab in the 80th minute, Felix completed his hat trick deep into stoppage time with a calm penalty finish to seal the 4-2 victory.
The result moved Al Nassr to 82 points after 32 matches, extending their lead over Al Hilal, who still have a game in hand.
Ronaldo also achieved another remarkable feat during the match, as his goal meant he has now scored against every team in the Saudi Pro League during the 2025/26 campaign, according to Al Nassr’s official records.
