Grammy Award winner Tems delivers stellar performance at FIFA Club World Cup final

For the first time in the final of a FIFA-organised tournament, the halftime break witnessed a music performance and Nigeria’s Afropop queen Tems was one of the headliners.

Nigeria’s Grammy Award winner Temilade Openiyi popularly known as Tems delivered a brilliant performance at the just-concluded FIFA Club World Cup.

The Afropop singer and songwriter was one of the guest artists that performed at halftime in the final between Chelsea and PSG at the MetLife Stadium on Sunday afternoon.

Tems delivered a brilliant rendition of “Love me Jeje” off her 2024 “Born in the Wild”debut album
The hit track won the Best African Music Performance at the 67th Grammy Awards ceremony in February.

British Rock band, Coldplay, American rapper, Doja Cat, and Colombian singer J Balvin also performed their hit tracks on the day.
