CAF Player of the favorite, Achraf Hakimi had another remarkable performance to help Paris Saint-Germain return to the summit of the Ligue 1.
The Moroccan captain bagged a brace as PSG pin down Brest away from home on the back of a sublime performance in the UEFA Champions League away at Bayer Leverkusen.
Hakimi scored twice within 10 minutes to give the reigning champions a two-goal lead before the halftime break.
Five minutes after Senny Mayulu forced Rodoslaw Majecki to a save, Hakimi got to the end of Vitinha’s cross to put PSG ahead.
Hakimi doubled the lead five minutes before the break as he powered a shot into the top corner after he received a pass from Khvicha Kvaratskhelia.
Roman Del Castillo missed the chance to bring Brest back into the game as missed from six yards just before the hour mark.
