Super Eagles midfielder, over the last few weeks, has been linked with a move away from Getafe in the Spanish La Liga to the Premier League.
Aston Villa, Brentford, and Leeds United are among the Premier League clubs reportedly interested in the versatile midfielder.
Uche’s performance at the just-concluded Unity Cup, where on his debut scored the penalty that sealed the win for the Super Eagles over Jamaica, has added momentum to the stories.
However, popular Nigerian football agent, Peter Ejiasi, says there is no truth in those stories linking Chrisantus Uche to a move to a Premier League club.

He added that the rumours are a reflection of how the transfer market works, with unconfirmed stories always flying around, especially at this time of the year.
Peter Ejiasi spoke to AllNigerianSoccer as he put the rumours to rest.
There is nothing in those stories. Uche is a happy player of Getafe and is currently in Russia fully committed to his national team duties. We are calm. When the transfer window opens, you’ll hear a lot of news — some fiction, some gossip. It’s still too early to say what (the outcome) can be, even though it is a good thing for the lad. It shows he is doing something right
Chrisantus Uche had an impressive performance at Getafe in the just-concluded football season with four goals and six assists in 33 La Liga matches.
The 22-year-old midfielder has a contract with Getafe until 2028. Uche is currently with the Super Eagles in Moscow as they take on Russia tomorrow in an International friendly match at the Luzhniki Stadium.
