Ola Aina close to agreeing new deal with Nottingham Forest

Super Eagles defender Ola Aina is reportedly close to agreeing a new deal with Nottingham Forest which will see him remain at the club beyond this season.

With his contact set to expire at the end of the season, Nottingham Forest have opened preliminary talks with the 28-year-old defender.

Ola Aina has impressed this season for the Tricky Trees featuring in 35 matches across all competitions this season with two goals and an assist.

The former Chelsea academy graduate locked down the right-wing back/right-wing back position in Nuno Espirito Santo’s squad helping the team contend for the Champions League spot.

Ola Aina’s work rate and consistency have been instrumental to Nottingham Forest’s impressive this season as they look to secure a Champions League spot with two matches left.
