The three players have been sidelined with various knee problems, with Havertz out since the opening day, Madueke since September, and captain Odegaard since October. Arsenal must navigate three away games before the upcoming international break.
When asked about the trio facing the North London Derby, Arteta expressed his excitement:
“Yeah, I’m excited because they are tremendous players. I see them work every single day, how desperate they are to be part of the team,” Arteta said.
He emphasised the major lift their return will provide.
“The huge boost that is going to be for the squad to have and those players again, after such a long, long time, so really happy that I think it’s going to be very soon.”
