Nigeria’s Super Eagles will take on the Desert Foxes of Algeria in the last eight of the Africa Cup of Nations.
While Nigeria easily dispatched Mozambique in their round of 16 clash, Algeria snatched a kate winner of DR Congo in Rabat.
Twenty-two-year-old forward Adil Boulbina came off the bench to score one of the contenders for goal of the tournament in the 120th minute.
Boulbina powered a ferocious right-footed strike into the roof of the net off a blistering counterattack to give the Desert Foxes a 1-0 win.
Nigeria and Algeria are the only teams in the tournament with a perfect record with four wins after four matches.

However, Nigeria have a score to settle with Algeria after the North Africans knocked them out of the semi-finals of the 2019 Africa Cup of Nations.
Algeria have won the nations cup twice (1990 and 2019) and the Desert Foxes defeated Nigeria en route to the triumphs after finishing with a perfect record in the group stage.
Nigeria will take on Algeria on Saturday, January 10 at the Marrakech Stadium for a place in the last four.
