Kylian Mbappé scored and assisted to lead 10-man Real Madrid to a hard-fought 2-1 victory over Real Sociedad.
Mbappé opened the scoring in the 12th minute before new defender Dean Huijsen was shown a straight red card. Despite being a man down, the French star then set up Arda Güler for the team’s second goal.

Sociedad pulled one back with a penalty from Mikel Oyarzabal, but Madrid held on to make it four wins from four games to start their season.
“The red card changed the game a bit. We struggled a bit as a team, but we take home the three points,” Mbappé said, adding, “Our start to the season has been very good, as has mine.”
