Algeria occupy fourth place in Africa and 28th globally with 1,571.03 points, while Egypt complete the African top five in 29th position with 1,562.37 points.
Reigning African champions Ivory Coast are ranked 33rd in the world with 1,540.87 points, followed by Cameroon (44th), DR Congo (45th), Tunisia (46th), and Mali (54th) to round off Africa’s top ten nations.
South Africa are ranked 60th globally, ahead of Cape Verde in 67th and Ghana in 73rd position.
