Okobi and her spouse, Ahmed Okeoghene, welcomed their first child together.
The happy mother announced the birth of her child on Instagram, adding, “Congratulations to me#godbepraised#iamamother #newmom#canadianbaby.”
In 2017, Okobi, a player for the Spanish team Levante Las Planas, wed her real estate agent partner Ahmed Okeoghene.
They have been together for seven years as Okobi continued to advance in her professional career.
Even though Okobi features professionally in Spain, she had her newborn baby in Canada according to several reports.
Okobi was not part of the Super Falcons squad for the 2023 FIFA Women’s World Cup and the 2024 Olympic Games but is highly revered by Nigerian football fans.
